Let's keep it simple. Imagine you have just purchased a major fast food burger restaurant franchise. The parent company is going to come in, setup the building, furnish it, install initial equipment, help get it up and running and then turn it over to you to make it your own while providing on-going support and resources as needed.

While AgencyWorkz is not a franchise, the process is virtually the same.

When you order your AgencyWorkz site the first thing we do is create a site structure based on the most current AgencyWorkz demo site and customize it for your agency.

Once initial setup is complete, the site is viable. Tools such as customer service and quote forms can provide immediate productivity for the agency.

While most agencies continue to modify the site to further reflect their agency, the site is active, productive and not an embarrassment to the agency.

Using this method we can establish and make a site viable in 7 to 10 working days rather than 3 to 4 months.

Q. What if we don't like some of the content in the initial setup?

A. Simply pull up the site editor, type over it or delete and save. Viola, you've updated your site. The initial content is generic, we want and encourage the agency to modify site content to best suit them.

Q. What if we don't want to use all of the base/generic content?

A. No problem, let us know in setup an we will not include any content that doesn't relate to the agency.

Q. What if we already have a site?

A. If you already have a site we will convert any information you wish to retain into your new AgencyWorkz format. We will also download (if availabe) or strip the current site and place the pages and resources in a directory called "Old Site". When you are logged into your site editor and remember something from your old site you would like to have you can access the prior site pages then copy and paste the information you need to the new site.
