with your brand (name) but on our servers, and a matching
e-mail account.

You can
provide us with the copy for a text e-mail or we can develop a dynamic
graphical message including form responders if you wish. An example

We'll add the required
'opt-out' wording.

You approve a test
mailing, before we do the real mailing.

Each
recipient gets an individually addressed e-mail, sent to them. No
CCs.

All
e-mails are delivered in the middle of the business day, never
overnight. Our servers can send 100,000/hour, so we can
time the delivery very accurately.

We handle
all bounce-backs, delayed delivery notices, out-of-office responders,
opt-outs, and all replies.

Each
customer gets a separate 'opt-out' list, and we maintain it for
you.
At any time, you can get a copy of the list by simply requesting it. We'll
never send a future mailing of yours to someone who opted out of
an earlier mailing, and we maintain the documentation to prove
that, if the need ever arises!

Even
with a REMOVE ME (opt-out) option, many people will opt-out by
hitting 'Reply' and typing something. Others will hit 'Reply' and ask
a real question (example: "Can you handle a restaurant
with over 50% liquor sales?"). We manually read every
reply - most are opt-outs or auto responders - and forward any real
replies to you.
