consists of two elements. The actual development of the ad, as
well as the hosting of the ad and it's elements including
graphics and responder forms. Please review the Ad Development
options carefully and please note that not all hosting facilities

development of the ad, in-stock photography, auto-responder
form and hosting
on our servers for one year. The ad can only be distributed via
WorkzMail or Ultimate Insurance Lists if the ad is being served
from our hosting facility. If you relocate the ad, graphics and responder
forms to another host you may distribute at your discretion. See

Includes

Existing Ad (Does not include graphic changes) |

If
you already have an ad with us and wish to update it select
this option. An
ad
update consists of new file naming, storage on our servers,
response form update, thank you page and text changes. Update
will be hosted
for one year from the date of update. Update is limited to
one hour of development time which covers 99% of
update
requests.
If you're update is estimated to take more than one hour you
will be contacted prior to update being started. Ad will be updated
based on current distribution status. |

| Upgrade
Ad To Unlimited Distribution |

If you wish
to distribute a Limited ad via other sources and serve the ad,
graphics and responder forms from our hosting service use this
option to upgrade to Unlimited. THe ad will be hosted for one
year from date of upgrade Please indicate the name of the ad
you wish to upgrade in order remarks. |

*Licensing
Upon full payment,
ownership of the Ad is transferred to the purchaser. The purchaser
may use the ad at their discretion unless the ad or any elements
of the ad are served from a MetaWorkz, LLC hosting facility. In-Stock
photography is not copyrighted and the purchaser understands that
they are not
granted
exclusive
rights
to the photography. Purchaser warrants they have proper permissions to
use all elements of the ad including, but not limited to, text, graphics
and links provided to InsuranceWorkz for the development of the ad. |
